Any situation that may lead to a conflict of interest should be disclosed to the appropriate authority within kwrds.ai. Personal relationships, financial interests, and outside business activities that could influence or appear to influence your decisions must be managed responsibly.

We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of any sensitive information related to kwrds.ai, our partners, customers, and employees. All participants must take appropriate steps to safeguard this information and prevent unauthorized disclosure.
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We are committed to conducting our business in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes adhering to labor laws, environmental regulations, data protection laws, and any other legal requirements relevant to our operations.

7. Expected Behavior
- Be respectful and considerate towards others.

- Alert community leaders if you notice a dangerous situation, someone in distress, or violations of this Code of Conduct.
8. Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
- Verbal, physical, or visual comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability, or other personal characteristics.
- Inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images.
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.
- Harassing photography or recording.
- Sustained disruption of talks or other events.
- Inappropriate physical contact or unwelcome sexual attention.
- Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.
9. Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior from any community member will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a community member engages in unacceptable behavior, we may take any action deemed appropriate, up to and including a temporary ban or permanent expulsion from the community without warning.
10. Reporting Guidelines
If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing hello@kwrds.ai. All reports will be treated confidentially and handled with care. We will follow up with those who report incidents to ensure they feel safe and supported.
11. Addressing Grievances
If you feel you have been falsely or unfairly accused of violating this Code of Conduct, you should notify us with a concise description of your grievance. Your grievance will be handled in accordance with our existing governance policies, which are available upon request.
12. Scope
We expect all community participants (contributors, paid or otherwise; sponsors; and other guests) to abide by this Code of Conduct and Business Ethics in all community venues—online and in-person—as well as in all one-on-one communications pertaining to community business.
